At any time, you may choose to unsubscribe from these emails by either accessing My Account  or clicking ‘unsubscribe’ in the email sent to you.

Google analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect data on how WISI Connect is used so that we can continue to improve the user experience. Google Analytics will store cookies on the web browser you use to access WISI Connect. This cookie is used to identify you and track your movements on WISI Connect.

Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our site from automatic registration by bots. Please see Google reCAPTCHA privacy and terms for more details.

Support issues

Personal data will be saved during an active support issue. The data will be saved in our support tool HappyFox as long as needed for the specific issue and for statistical use.

Data transfer within the WISI company group

Your data will be shared within the WISI company group to facilitate our work for you regarding warranty, repairs, important product update and product information.

Your data will not be sold, distributed or shared to third party except for our internal use using third party tools as described above.
